eAdmissions are now available!

Patients are now able to complete their Burnside Hospital admission form online here.

eAdmissions

Safe, secure and user-friendly, this allows us to immediately begin to prepare for your stay with us and retains your details for return visits. 

Please complete your eAdmission at least 2 weeks prior to arrival at Burnside Hospital.
