If you are interested in volunteering with us, please complete our online application form (link below) or download the PDF application form (available below) and post your completed form to the hospital, C/- Volunteer Coordinator, 120 Kensington Road, Toorak Gardens SA 5065.

If your application is successful, you will be asked to attend the hospital for an interview. Following your interview, referee checks will be conducted and you will need to obtain or provide a current National Police Check. All volunteers need to attend an Induction at the hospital.
