Your Feedback Matters

We understand that there may be times when you have concerns about the care or service you receive. If this happens, we encourage you to share your feedback so we can address your concerns and continually improve our service provision.

How to Raise a Concern or Provide Feedback

  • Speak with us directly – in the first instance, we encourage you to discuss any concerns with your doctor, Clinical Manager, or the After Hours Hospital Coordinator on your ward.
  • Provide written feedback – if your concern is not resolved you may submit your feedback in writing to the Chief Executive Officer, who will review and address the matter as quickly as possible.
  • Use our feedback form – you can also complete the "Your Impressions are Important to Us" form, which is also available in all patient rooms.

We will resolve any concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to ensure you feel heard and supported.

We also welcome positive feedback – if you had a great experience, we would love to hear what we are doing well!

If your concerns have not been addressed to your satisfaction, you may contact the SA Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner (HCSCC) for further assistance.

Your feedback helps us to grow and improve  – thank you for sharing your thoughts with us.
