Named in memory of Brian Fricker AM -  a Foundation co-founder and former patient, the Brian Fricker Oncology Centre provides patients with a comfortable and supportive environment during their cancer treatment. 

It offers care for many types of adult malignancies, with a team of oncologists and specialised nursing staff providing high-quality, personalised care from diagnosis through to ongoing treatment and support.

The Centre is a light-filled, calming space known for its discreet, friendly and relaxed atmosphere that helps patients feel as comfortable as possible during a challenging time.

The Brian Fricker Oncology Centre is open from 8am to 4pm, Tuesday to Friday, and provides a comprehensive and compassionate environment for cancer care.

  • Information and advice on managing side effects such as nausea, changes to bowel function, and immune system adjustments
  • Guidance on nutrition and hydration during treatment, with referrals to dieticians for ongoing education and support as needed
  • Skin and hair care advice to help manage treatment-related changes
  • Referrals to psychological and counselling services for patients and their families for emotional and mental health support
  • Enhanced access for non-elective patients requiring urgent care
  • Accredited providers of the Living with Cancer program, offering additional resources through Cancer SA
