Glenside Lions Club Supports Burnside Hospital with New Mobile Observation Unit

Burnside Hospital’s Perioperative Department has received a valuable boost thanks to the generosity of the Glenside Lions Club, who funded the purchase of a new mobile observation unit.

The $4,500 donation was made through the Burnside Hospital Foundation and has enabled the acquisition of this much-needed piece of equipment, which will directly support the care of patients undergoing surgery.

The Glenside Lions Club has a long history of supporting Burnside Hospital, having contributed to the purchase of hospital equipment in previous years. Their ongoing generosity continues to make a tangible difference for patients, staff, and the wider community.
