Dr Kate Martin

Gynaecologist

Kate is one of the few Adelaide‑based surgeons who have completed a fellowship in minimally invasive gynaecology through the Australasian Gynaecological Endoscopy & Surgery (AGES) Society. This allows her to offer patients complex surgery using a laparoscopic (keyhole) approach.

Kate is actively involved as a leader and teacher in gynaecological surgery. She is a Board Member of the AGES Society, as well as an AGES training supervisor in the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network where she holds a Staff Specialist position. She is also the current Deputy Chair of the RANZCOG SA/NT State Committee.

Kate believes in a patient-centred approach to healthcare and strives to ensure the best outcome for each patient through individualised treatment and shared decision-making.
