I would like to take the opportunity to formally thank all of the wonderful nursing staff that cared for me after my recent surgery.  During my entire stay at Burnside every one of your nurses showed the utmost professionalism, compassion and care for me.  Nothing was every too much trouble, they were always pleasant and cheerful and seemed to go out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable.
